1. Introduction & Legal Entity
This Privacy Policy describes how K For Collab (“KforCollab”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a website operated from India at https://kforcollab.com, collects, processes, stores, and safeguards personal information when you use our website, mobile interfaces, software development kits, and related collaboration services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By registering an account, connecting third-party platforms (including Meta and LinkedIn), or using our collaboration matching and credit escrow features, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to provide B2B matchmaking, creator verification, barter escrow tracking, and bilateral reputation scoring:
Business name, legal corporate name, official work email address, contact telephone number, website URL, country, industry niche, and cryptographically salted password hashes.
Brand logos, press kits, product lookbooks, audience demographics, target partnership categories, and past collaboration achievements published on your public media kit.
Collaboration Credit transactions, held escrow deposits, deliverable sign-offs, and dispute resolution records. We do NOT directly store credit card numbers; payment processing for credit top-up packages is handled through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (Stripe / Razorpay).
3. Third-Party Social API Integrations (Meta & LinkedIn)
To provide accurate audience reach verification and simplify profile onboarding, KforCollab integrates with third-party social APIs under strict, limited permissions.
Meta Platforms (Instagram & Facebook) Integration
Meta App Review CompliantWhen you connect your Instagram Professional or Facebook Page account via Meta Login / OAuth, we collect and process the following data through the official Meta Graph API:
- Public Profile Information: Instagram username, profile identifier, profile biography, and profile picture URL.
- Audience Metrics: Public follower counts and aggregate engagement metrics (for collaboration valuation and reach tiering).
- Deliverable Confirmation: Public post URLs that you designate as deliverable proofs for active collaboration contracts.
KforCollab does not sell, transfer, or license data obtained through Meta APIs to data brokers or ad networks. Meta data is used strictly inside KforCollab for authentic creator verification and milestone proof confirmation. Users can revoke access at any time via Facebook/Instagram settings or request full data deletion at our Data Deletion Instructions.
LinkedIn Platform Integration
LinkedIn API CompliantWhen utilizing Sign In with LinkedIn or connecting your corporate LinkedIn Page, we access:
- OpenID Connect Profile: Verified name, verified primary email address, profile picture URL, and public LinkedIn profile vanity URL.
- Organizational Association: Verification of your administrative affiliation with the claimed B2B corporate entity.
In strict accordance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, LinkedIn member profile data cached by KforCollab is refreshed upon re-authentication and is automatically discarded within thirty (30) days of retrieval unless re-verified by the user.
